In Fayes lesson, I learnt loads because we get to see the slogans and the meaning of what the brand actually mean. Like our advert is called Oculus, it is described as round eye, which shows that our advert matches what we steal, because its freaky. We watched different adverts so we get to see how they do there advert and we there aiming at and there slogans. Its good because I get to see different slogs and meanings which I didn't know what they meant in the first place.

In our lesson when we did filming, we learnt all different camera shot, such as a wide shot e.g. WE did a advert and its called Oculus, the advert had to be between 15-30 sec long. After getting the camera out to film and stuff we had to go on the computer and go on Adobe Premiere Pro, so we could edit our advert by putting them together (the shots we did). We searched what the word Oculus means and the meaning is describing the advert.

I learnt many different skills in filming such has making an advert, developing the different shots into one advert to make it scary. She taught us how to use the camera, it is simple but its complete different to the digital ones. Before we get to play with it and practice, she showed us what a white balance is so we can get the colour contrasts of it.

Im really happy with our final piece especially working with different people with different techniques so we all know what we could do, instead of few people knowing the same techniques. So this shows our techniques are strong.

These are my freaky image were I would recreate them in my own images, which are freak. Its based on few images i would use to create it the same.

In this lesson I have got to do few images to create a freaky image from the photos I have took. I used the right picture at the top to crop out the unwanted item. The pictures I created are different to the pictures I have found on the internet. But I would to it again, I would find an image off Google and actually create to thing two different images.

Our assignment was about images joining together to make a freaky image
 like google images but I didn't do that because the pictures I found off google images was so different compare to the photos I took for objects.

Im not so sure about my final piece because I think I could of do better, so I could test my self with different photos.

We get to know more things than I actually did in photography. I learnt what a red light is, and the things on the camera such as SPAM. I already know what S mesnt but we got told what PAM means and the meaning of it and why we use it in the camera so we could get good effects. Mark told us few things what some pictures.

We made an magazine and its about the advert did. I produced a magazine to show that i know how to design and produce what i did for my advert. It helped me to sell out an magazine that is to do with my advert. I learnt loads of copy and paste fonts from Google - DaFont to copy and paste fonts you want and then delete the white/ outline. Make different layers to do different section so the snitch eye can do at the bottom of the fonts.

The final piece of my magazine, I feel proud what did because I got used to using fonts and deleting sections. If I would do it again, I would add more details on the blanked space to fill up all the areas. I have learnt loads of different techniques in Owens lesson. The more i get used to using photoshop the more i know how to do the editing for making a freaky image then making a magazine such as the one on the left.

Magazine designs

I drew out different magazine designs then i pick one that i really like and edit on photoshop to make it look more realistic. Theres two different designs i have drew to see which on i like the most but i end up doing one that isnt what i drew because i had more time to do it on the Photoshop to add more details and the bits i have missed on the page

In todays lesson, I've learnt few things I didn't know what the camera, and some things I already know.

S means Shutter Speed, which is known as a exposure time
P means Program, it sets the exposure automatically
A means Aperture, it adjust depth of field
M means Manual, allows you the most creative control
Drawing a basic camera to show the side of the bits of what people arent use and what the names of the camera labels are called.

Our advert is about Gothic CD. I got a CD from Google images and used magic tool to cut out the unwanted background. I opened a new layer and copied Oculus font on the CD. I choose this font out of the other 6 because it looks freaky because it looks like its dripping blood as in our advert is about CD

In today's lesson, I was looking for different fonts and I've picked these fonts because its looks freaky and funky. I used Photoshop to copied the fonts and cropped out the unwanted stuff around the fonts.

I prefer the last one out of all of them because it looks more bloody and the advert we have done is a bit freaky so it matches some bits. I have always picked some weird fonts to see what it looks like

Today we went to the library and we have to find books and i found 2 books and one of them was about Japanese Graphics. It has all different stuff in it.


The second book I found, was about Designing Media. Which looks very interesting because it is designing media, and our course is media so there fore it would be good to look like this book for any style or techniques
